Kerry Oliver began installing cabinets at just 17 years old, launching a career that now spans more than 40 years in the kitchen and bath industry. His hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of cabinetry, installation, project coordination and what it takes to deliver a successful finished project.
As owner of Oliver Kitchen & Baths, Kerry has built the company around quality workmanship, dependable execution, lasting relationships and a commitment to world-class customer service. He believes exceptional service means communicating clearly, taking ownership, responding quickly and standing behind every project.
Kerry remains actively involved in the business, helping ensure that builders, developers, contractors, designers and homeowners receive knowledgeable guidance and reliable support from initial planning through installation. His goal is to create an experience that earns each customer’s trust—project after project.

Steve Kramer brings more than 25 years of sales experience and a background in design to Oliver Kitchen & Baths. Working primarily with builders and developers, he understands the importance of balancing design, product selection, budgets, scheduling and dependable execution across every project.
Known for building strong relationships and taking a practical, solutions-focused approach, Steve works closely with clients to understand their needs and connect them with cabinetry, countertops and installation services that support their projects. His design background allows him to consider both the visual impact of a space and how it needs to function in everyday use.
Steve works to be a trusted resource for builders and developers throughout Coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry, providing responsive communication, thoughtful solutions and reliable support from the initial conversation through project completion.
Builder & Developer Sales
Jackie Chilson-Kintz brings more than 30 years of kitchen and bath design experience, specializing in cabinetry and stone and quartz countertops. For 25 years, she has served retail customers and builders throughout the Lowcountry, developing a broad understanding of construction, design and the demands of residential building.
Jackie has spent more than 10 years developing builder programs and creating option selections designed to increase sales while supporting efficient production. Her expertise includes value engineering and leading sales and design initiatives for production and semi-custom communities.
She also brings 10 years of experience leading project management initiatives focused on builder retention and client satisfaction. Combining creative design with practical construction knowledge, Jackie helps builders develop attractive, functional programs supported by thoughtful planning, responsive service and dependable execution.
Design & Pricing Specialist
Tatiana Harris brings more than 14 years of cabinet industry experience to Oliver Kitchen & Baths. Since beginning her career in 2012, she has developed extensive hands-on knowledge of cabinetry, construction, kitchen design and the details required to bring a project together successfully.
Known for her attention to detail, efficiency and practical problem-solving, Tatiana helps clients create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. She takes pride in identifying thoughtful solutions, anticipating potential issues and making the design process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Her goal is simple: to transform each client’s ideas into well-designed cabinetry that works beautifully for everyday life—supported by responsive service and careful attention to every detail.
