Jackie Chilson-Kintz brings more than 30 years of kitchen and bath design experience to Oliver Kitchen & Baths, with a strong background in cabinetry, stone and quartz countertops, builder sales and residential construction.
For more than 25 years, Jackie has worked with retail clients and builders throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry, developing a deep understanding of the design, construction and coordination required to support successful residential projects.
As part of the Builder & Developer Sales team at Oliver Kitchen & Baths, Jackie works with production builders, custom builders and residential construction partners to develop cabinetry and countertop programs that support design objectives, construction schedules, budgets and long-term community needs.
Jackie has extensive experience developing builder programs for production and semi-custom communities, including product selections, option development, pricing strategy and design choices intended to support both operational efficiency and increased sales opportunities.
Her approach focuses on creating programs that are practical for the construction team while still giving homebuyers meaningful choices and opportunities to personalize their homes.
Successful builder programs require a balance of design, cost, construction requirements and execution. Jackie works with builders to identify opportunities for value engineering while maintaining the appearance, functionality and overall quality expected by the buyer.

Jackie has spent more than a decade focused on builder program development and another decade leading project management initiatives designed to improve builder retention and client satisfaction.
